Thank you for shopping at OC Gear!
Warranty
We offer a one year warranty on all Ordinary Cooling Gear parts from the date of purchase. Please reach out to us if you have any warranty requests at support@ocgear.com.au with your order number.
Some manufacturers offer warranty beyond the one year period and we will help to facilitate these warranty conditions. Some manufacturers require the products to be sent back to Ordinary Cooling Gear, whilst others will require them to be sent directly back to the manufacturer. In the event of a warranty claim, please refer to the manufacturer's guidelines. In any event of uncertainty, please contact us so that we can process your claim as soon as possible.
Refunds
We understand that circumstances can change and your requirements may change. We offer refunds and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, please contact support@ocgear.com.au so we can resolve things further.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@ocgear.com.au and send your item to: PO Box 204 Merrylands NSW 2160.
Exempt Goods
The following are exempt from refunds:
- Opened bottles of coolant
- Tubing that has been used or cut
Partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. A 20% restocking fee may apply as part of the partial refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
- If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at so we can organise your refund asap
Shipping
- For any returns please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. It must be sent to the following Address PO Box 204 Merrylands NSW 2160.
- For any change if mind returns, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. In the event of a broken, defective or incorrectly sent item, please contact us for a return label.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Returning goods to OC Gear
OC Gear does not take any responsibility for any goods damaged or lost in transit when the customer sends the product back to us for warranty or return. Warranty may be voided if the product is damaged in transit. Please ensure the product is packed appropriately for shipping before sending it back to us. If you are unsure about how to pack a product appropriately for shipping please contact us. The customer may be responsible for any and all charges associated with returning the goods to OC Gear except where the cost of transporting the goods is significant due to the size, height or type of problem with the goods.
